2023 Riesling AC

Our traditional Riesling is a varietal wine. The nose is floral with white flowers and white-fleshed fruits (peach, apricot, etc.). The attack is lively, the palate is rich and straightforward, with floral aromas. Good length, melted acidity. Best served at 8-10°C. This wine pairs well with grilled fish dishes or those with a lemon sauce, blue trout, lime carpaccios and ceviches, and seafood. - Henry Fuchs, Winemaker.
