Super pale. This starts with the classic complexing reduction of Ploussard; not eggy or farty, just right adding a polished metal edge to the red fruit. Wild strawberries with delicate fragrant spice and dried oregano/thyme. Super pure the palate shows white strawberry and wild red berries, pink rose and rosehip, coastal saltbush berries. Savoury minerality is emphasised by the burnished reduction. Tannins are virtually non-existent adding just enough talcy dryness to the finish. 11% ABV. Lives in the ether. – Tim Stock, Importer
