2023 Pétillant Naturel Pinot Noir

This lovely pet-nat from BK is 100% Pinot from a vineyard in Lenswood. It's fermented in a ceramic egg after being whole bunch pressed, then bottled up to do its thing for a bit. There’s a lot to love here, chiffon cake, fat strawberries, chantilly cream. Dusted with rose sugar.
