The grapes were picked ripe with some Botrytis. Not fortified.

With a deep respect for nature, they have a homeopathic touch, collecting plants and herbs around the estate to make plant based tea infusions that make the vines healthier and stronger. They let the cycles of the moon decide when to bottle and press, and how long the wines should macerate.
