Magic of Juju is a wine which the Mosse family has made as a négoce cuvée for many years. In 2021 it was a blend of Chenin Blanc (60%) and Sauvignon Blanc (40%). The two grapes were directly pressed separately and slowly. The Chenin Blanc was aged for 6 months in barrels on its lees and the Sauvignon Blanc was aged in stainless steel tanks. Magic of Juju is a wine which the Mosse family has made as a négoce cuvée for many years. In 2021 it was a blend of Chenin Blanc (60%) and Sauvignon Blanc (40%). The two grapes were directly pressed separately and slowly. The Chenin Blanc was aged for 6 months in barrels on its lees and the Sauvignon Blanc was aged in stainless steel tanks. The two were then blended and left for a few weeks before bottling. The blending somehow feels like the interlocking of two jigsaw pieces with the joining of them together smoothing the sharper edges of each variety.
