These new wines come from a vineyard that I have worked closely with over the last four years that is just south of Mt Compass on the Southern Fleurieu Peninsula, Ngarrindjeri Country. The vines are organically grown in deep sandy soil with the Southern Ocean at their back and a view out across native scrub towards Wonggayerlo (the Gulf St Vincent) to the west.
