A tight reduction on opening, which fast gives way to Pithy Granny Smith, saline and mineral. I wanted to describe this wine as a really great 'bistro' white. As wev'e spent some time with it over the past few weeks, i think its probably under selling it a bit. Really develops over flowing conversation and sloshing glasses.
