The fruit from this beautiful vineyard responds so satisfyingly to the variations of the vintages. While last year’s The Fall came in voluptuous and fleshy – like a jazz singer in a dark, smoky lounge – this year’s is bright and savoury, hitting syncopated notes with an arrow-like structure.
