It continues. The journey into light Barossa Syrah. Picked quite early here again, thrown a lot of whole bunch at this wine, basketpressed to seasoned hogsheads. We're in the green zone here with a very zippy crunchy Syrah. The fruits off some pretty heavy dark black clays on the Valley floor, so we get serious colour from very minimal extraction.
