2022 Old Vine Grenache

The favourite. A small 90 yr old planting West of Nuriootpa. 75% whole bunch with the remainder whole berry. Minimal punch downs, and is mostly intracellular in fermentation. We're aiming for light weight, fine chalky tannin with a pretty fruit concentration. A few tweaks on last year's process, has provided more structure, perfumed nose, and fruit concentration whilst still staying very light, and very fine.
