Croatina from vineyards planted between 2001 and 2004. Macerated for 8 days and then aged in stainless steel for 12 months. Spontaneous fermentations, no filtration, no addition of SO2. ‘Terroir’ and vintage driven wine. Natural, but not invasive tannins, with an intense color and spicy hints. - Vino Mito, Importer.
