Junmai Sake
Junmai sake. At its best. Balanced tantalising and smooth liquid - great for foods on either end of the spectrum. Raw fish, or a burger. White florals, citrus and spice, could spice it up with a dash of yuzu soda. Make sure you serve it chilled.
