A harmonious union of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc to create a crisp, sweet and savoury ruby wine. The Cab was foot stomped and macerated for 36 hours before being pressed off to stainless steel for fermentation, then racked off the lees into sealed tank for elevage. Lots of fresh Cab character. The nose shows greens herbs and red fruits leading to dried strawberry, gooseberry and rose water on the palate. Crisp, fresh, fine, pure- becoming a theme of Parley Wines.
