2021 Bourgogne Aligoté

Pierre Fenals is a bit of an icon. A scientist. A prophet. A true Burgundian. His wines are elegant, complex, detailed and full of energy. Organic and Biodynamic 30 year old Aligote here. Farmed on limestone at an altitude of 320 meters. Fermented in a mix of stainless and oak barrels and left on lees for six months. Fresh, aromatic, floral and most importantly delicious.
