2022 Red Pet Nat
Pet Nat made my way. Malbec, and skin contact Chardonnay fermented in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeast, bottling the wine just before the fermentation finished. The result is a dry red sparkling wine with zingy acidity, great texture, and a long finish displaying flavours of blueberries, plums and a hint of cocoa. - Jean Paul, Winemaker.
