A mysterious cat. An alluring cat. A cosmic cat. Tikka is a blend of 75% Shiraz and 25% Grenache grown in Clarendon, McLaren Vale by Fiona Wood. Fermented in separately, the Shiraz is fermented on skins with about 10% stems, where as the Grenache is all destemmed and fermented to dry.
Medium, but heavy medium. Stewed plums and spices lifted with minerality. A steak wine but make it modern.
