It has a bright ruby color, a fresh berry aroma, and a spicy, wild flavor. A light, slightly effervescent, fresh and light style. Before the end of fermentation, when some sugar remains, the fermentation is stopped by filtering through a cloth, and the wine is bottled without adding sulfites.
