Our Chardonnay is renowned for its richness and complexity. The cool climate of our vineyard produces grapes with exceptional acidity, a perfect foundation for our style. To complement the intense fruit flavours, we employ a generous use of new oak barrels, typically around 40-50% for each vintage.
