She worked for Cantina Giardino, then Le Coste, until she ventured out on her own and purchased a cottage and vineyard to the North of Lazio, perched over one of the largest volcanic lakes in Europe. Being near this lake affords a specific type of cooling and humidity that keeps the vines safe, and also hydrated. She is a warm, kind, generous person that believes deeply in the wines she makes. Sometimes it really is as simple as that.
