Both dry regions with long hours of sunshine and a nice temperature range from the Mediterranean. It is the ideal environment for growing the local varieties Monastrell, Bobal, Macabeo and Moravia.
The all-indigenous grapes and the terroir express themselves with minimal intervention winemaking.
Spontaneous yeasts for fermentation, no temperature control and no sulphites, thus reaching the quintessence of this unique region. - Fox Wine Company, Importer.
