A blend of Cesanese and Montepulciano grown on volcanic soil from the Lepini mountains in Cori, Lazio. Macerated for about 10 days then aged in stainless steel for few months. Aromatic and mineral. A perfect balance, saltiness and smooth. Everyday, yet special day drinking.
