So stoked with this, a super savoury rendition of old vine Grenache with roots down in DEEP sand, 5km from the ocean. This wine is lithe, leans to the savoury side with super pretty aromatics. Loves oxygen and a splash, or a gentle decant to reveal whiffs of raspberry and alpine herbs (maybe coastal scrub is more apt?) In a good way, there’s some musk. The palate is savoury and moreish.
