Meet Shabar, a small-but-mighty bar of bliss. Handcrafted by Narut Ampakorn, an emerging micro-batch producer in Bangkok – part of the growing collective of young Thai craft chocolate makers putting Thai cacao and chocolate on the map. Narut explores the country’s hinterlands for exceptional cacao, and works with local Thai artists for every label. Each bar is lovingly hand wrapped in layers like a piece of art. Hand numbered, too. The experience of opening and consuming a Sha(bar) is pretty special.
