Shabar’s 70% cacao dark chocolate is made from 100% single-origin cacao from the Chanthaburi province in eastern Thailand – a region usually known for its durian and snakefruit. The beans are grown, harvested, fermented and dried by Khun Suriya and Khun Boom who have been building their cacao processes for over a decade. It’s an elegant and complex chocolate, with whispers of citrus and raisins, green herbs and pink peppercorn, followed by malty undertone. DO NOT CHEW; let it melt in your mouth :) Just three ingredients: cacao, cocoa butter and cane sugar. 22g.
