TripTyque is a blend of 60% Grenache (off limestone) 25% Cinsault (pebbles) and 15% Syrah (sandy soils) The Grenache and Cinsault underwent carbonic maceration for 22 days, the Syrah was directly pressed. Elevaged half in used barrels, half in concrete.
