The Champagne Bulle de Rosé by Frédéric Savart is a very special Champagne Rosé, Savart style, coming from the Premier Cru terroir in the village of Écueil. It is an assemblage of 65% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, as well as 5% Pinot Noir vinified as red. It rests partially in wooden barrels as well as steel tanks and has a low dosage (2 g/l).
