Saison is small batch vermouth that highlights the beauty of the Australian seasons. Dave Verheul came about Saison when he conceptualised making vermouth more accessible for the Australian palate. Fresher, seasonal, singular ingredient-led flavour profiles rather than the traditional heavily spice and caramel driven palette of many European producers.
