The Flat White was a big hit last year, so we couldn’t not brew it again!
The base beer is a smooth, creamy milkshake IPA, with just a small dry-hop of Idaho 7 and Sabro – enough to add some flavour and aroma but not enough to overpower the star of the show. The star of the show is the coffee! Green beans sourced from Ethiopia, Rwanda and Sulawesi, lightly roasted right here at Sauce.
