We love showing how versatile a lager can be. We've gone big on hops for this West Coast - all the usual suspects for a hoppy, resiny, sticky .... lager. Or Pilsner to be accurate. We reckon it drinks easier, it's cleaner and doesn't have the bullshit that comes with an IPA. Sounds pretty good to us. - Freshwater Brewing Co.
