2020 + 2021 'Plumbastisk' Cider
A wine? Or maybe cider? Or maybe both? Alll the way from Denmark! The plums are first footstomped. Then all the juice and skins are added to the juice of the apples for second fermentation. Think fleshy plum, marizpan and a wicked lick of acid. A beverage built to be drunk with oysters and fatty foods!
