Floating is a new IPA championing a liquid Phantasm™ flown directly from NZ. With a complex and potent mix of passionfruit, white wine, and honeydew melon character, we've combined this with Garston Alpine-Motueka™, hand-selected Freestyle Peachaine™, and Taiheke hops, along with a stripped-back water profile, and fermented it with our in-house hazy yeast strain.
