The star of our 2025 Fresh Hop is the Galaxy hop, freshly picked by the Hop Nation team on March 14th, at the HPA Rostrevor Hop Gardens in Myrtleford, Victoria. Straight after the pick, the Eclipse hop flowers were driven down the Hume to the brewery & added right away - maximising the aromatic potential of this unique
