Yuzu Spritz
Oh yes, fresh. The ultimate spritz! We're calling it.
Add 10–20ml yuzu syrup, depending on how much citrus you fancy, then pour over heaps of ice. Top with a generous splash of Prosecco, a little sparkling water & finish with an orange wedge.
Citrusy, fizzy, gloriously refreshing. Booyah.
