Carusu, Red Etna DOC It is an elegant wine with an intense ruby red colour with garnet reflections.
A spiced wine but kind to a slightly ethereal final which perfectly portrays the volcanic territory from which it originates: 80% Nerello Mascalese, 20% Nerello Cappuccio.
