2025 Pinot Noir
Rob Hall established his own label in 2014, mainly sourcing fruit from his parent’s vineyards near Healesville as well as from North in Yarra glen and south near Gladysdale. After 10 years at Mount Mary, then a further 3 years at Kellybrook, Rob’s enthusiasm for the Yarra Valley, led to Rob Hall's own label. Rob produces fruit driven wines from traditional Yarra varietals Cabernet, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. - ISWine, Importer. Pinot Noir from five vineyards went into this wine in 2025, Harriet’s Vineyard, Full Moon, Boat O’Craigo, Nenagh Park and Yarrawalla. 2024 was a low cropping vintage in the Yarra. After a wet spring, summer came good with good slow ripening days, resulting in lovely aromatics and intensity. Extended time on skins has built some lovely texture. The resulting wine has aromas of sour cherry, rhubarb and floral notes, with hints of herb and spice from the wholebunch batches. The palate is well balanced, with moreish acidity, a dry and savoury finish, with some well matured tannin from the extended maceration. - Rob Hall, Producer
