How wild is that to say. It’s old. The building is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, fields and forests, nestled on the Chianti hills in Castelnuovo Berardenga, Tuscany. Today Pācina is a farm which produces organic wine, olive oil, cereals and pulses. The farm consists of 65 hectares, of which about 11 are dedicated to vineyards. The Tiezzi-Borsa family have been the custodians for almost a century. Giovanna and Steafano, along with their children, Maria and Carlo, work to maintain the beauty that is Pācina.
