Back in May, when Paul and his team were visiting from Manchester, we hosted them at our Katoomba facility,
where we had an epic time getting our hands dirty brewing a new beer that incorporates the best techniques of each brewery.

For our collaboration with one of the most esteemed breweries in the UK, we used hops from our two hemispheres to create a juicy IPA that’s low on bitterness and big on tangy tangerines, ripe mangoes and sweet pineapples.
