Max Sein Wein is a biodynamic winery with a hands off approach. Started back in 2016, Max Baumann doesnt add any sulphur but still creates lovely, stable wines. He likes to play around with different techniques as we can see in this blend. 60% Silvaner is direct pressed and 40% Pinot Gris and Chardonnay is macerated together on skins before being brought together for ageing in old wood for 9 months.
