2022 Rouge

From a parcel of very old Carignan (planted in 1900) and 25% Grenache Blanc and Gris, planted at 700 metres altitude on marl terraces. A short maceration (4 days) with whole bunches of grapes and indigenous yeasts, followed by a prolonged maturation in demi-muid barrels.
