2022 Brutal Rouge

A blended cuvée of 60% Syrah and 40% Muscat Petit Grains, from vines planted on terroirs of black slate and clay-limestone. Maceration of whole clusters of both grapes for 2 weeks, slow, gentle pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in vats for seven months.
