Some wines just have a feeling about them. An aura. We feel this wine everytime we walk past it in the shop. Aged in amphora we get gorgeous orchard fruits, jasmine and quinine on the nose. There’s more though, gentian, elderflower, quince and thyme. So richly layered and complex, a true ride.
