Indulgence is Marie Courtin's rosé de maceration which is traditional for the Cote des Bar (south Champagne) where the Dominique vineyard is located. Pinot Noir grapes, foot trodden and a fast fermentation with maceration only taking place for about 4 days! No dosage.
