Maisel’s Weisse Kristall was originally known as “champagne wheat” – because of its crystal-clear brilliance, fine-pearl carbonation and refreshing, slightly citrusy taste. In the 1950s and 1960s, the Brauerei Gebr. Maisel played a decisive role in spreading the Bavarian beer specialty throughout Germany.
