Two ferments. 100% whole bunch style. One was in an open top old Hogshead barrel,
14 days on skins. The other was semi carbonic, locked down for 14 days in stainless steel and lso. Featuring a dark fruit profile with a bunchy structure, this Syrah has an acidic kick and lush tannins. Fruity strawberries and cherries with a confectionary edge. It has a savoury green component, as well as an olive tapenade intensity giving it depth and complexity. In the glass, it develops ripe black currants and black cherries.
