Dave Fletcher felt that way when he first met Nebbiolo. Australian born but his love affair with the cloud-loving grape made him chase Piemonte, working for the famed producer Cerrato, still to this day, alongside his own label. He is a true artisan and makes wines that make you think his soul originated from the Nebbiolo plant.
