2020 Gigi Rosso

80% Sangiovese with 20% Cabernet, raised in concrete. These are excellent value wines. 

Fresh, strawberry and sour cherry, dried herb, carne crudo with a little jalapeño (don’t mind me). Medium-bodied, lively and juicy, but savoury, with fresh strawberry and herb, a lick of dusty tannin, and a clean finish of solid length. I can’t quite emphasise just how nice, and interesting, this is to drink. - Mondo Imports, Importer.
