A small amount of sulphur is added before bottling yet the wines are elegant and precise. No filtration and no fining. Elegant and lifted wines, with strawberries, red flowers and subtle spices on the nose. We love it’s pretty Cote de Beaune Pinot and almost Volnay-esque personality. Medium bodied wine with a savoury and complex mouthfeel. Expect more red berries like on the nose as well as black berries and soft tannins. Lovely finish that make it a classic Burgundy wine with beautiful subtle earthy feel from great Burgundy style from the past.
