Djinn 2019 (Gin)

A fine and aromatic Burgundy “Gin” by Sophie Roussille! Juniper and coriander blend harmoniously with Chardonnay for a powerful mid-palate with a lovely vegetal freshness on the finish, carried by blackcurrant and cardamom. Created in 2017, our Djinn comes from the triple distillation of Chardonnay brandy flavored with plants and berries. – Domaine Guillemot Michel, Distiller.
