"Such a vibrant and pretty nose. A hint of anise, the fruit has purity and energy. Lithe grainy tannins with spice. Elegance and depth. Old vine Gamay off marl with a small portion of Pinot Noir. De-stemmed and a portion whole bunch maceration for approx 2 weeks, elevage in old demi muid. The vines have a westward orientation rather than SW and the plots fall within an altitude of 300 – 450 meters.
