Tony Bornard's Le Pinot Noir is a red with fruity appeal with a generous amount of ripe strawberry character and round tannins, but there is tension, concentration and a mouth-filling acidity. A drinkable wine that goes well with both "coq au vin" and Burgundian-style 'escargot'. Try it even with a few years behind it.
